What would you love to share with other women to encourage them to start their own business?

If you have an idea or a vision, don’t wait. Take action. I live by the rule of having no regrets, and if you don’t try something, how do you know if it will or won’t work. Plus if you’re truly passionate about something, it really will work. You just have to have confidence in yourself.

What are your top 5 tips for entrepreneurial success?

Be yourself, be confident and believe in yourself.-Create a budget and stick to it. Include all outgoings and have a “war chest” for rainy days. -Don’t spend all your profits, that way, when you’re in a position to do so, you can reinvest in your business, hiring skilled staff and technologies that will enable you to be more efficient. -Be helpful, but don’t let people take advantage of you. -Hire staff based on their personalities and not necessarily just their skills. You want to create a working environment that everyone will enjoy, so it’s important you get along with those you bring in to help you.

Who are the top 5 women who inspire you the most?

What is your favourite saying/Inspirational quote?

Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.” – Oscar Wilde
