Emma Robinson founded Red Diamond Executive Headhunters a decade ago. With 19 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, Emma specialises in finding outstanding candidates for C-suite positions across the globe. She is married to Simon – also a director in the business – with two children. 

What would you love to share to encourage other women to start their own business?

The satisfaction of owning, setting up a successful business and being independent is incredible. Often people start their own businesses because they feel they can do things better and have hit a ceiling in a company whereby their views are overlooked and we become underchallenged. It’s a big wild world out there, don’t be afraid there is always room for good businesses even in crowded markets.
