Female Founder Spotlight: Faye Cox

4 March 2021|Latest Posts, Meet the Successful Founder

Faye Cox is a Mindset & Confidence Coach who works with mums to find balance in their life. Faye spent most of her life thinking she’s not good enough. This was thanks to a combination of her upbringing where she was taught “good girls are seen and not heard” and working in a male-dominated environment that threw her to one side when she became a mum. Then 10 years ago Faye decided enough was enough! She retrained as a coach, took control of her life, and now helps other mums to do the same. Faye is a certified coach and uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help women across the globe achieve what they truly want in life.

What would you love to share to encourage other women to start their own business?

As a woman in business, I get to decide what my life looks like. I get to be there for my children whilst creating my own financial freedom and doing what I absolutely love. I came from a corporate background where I was working long hours and had no time to myself. I was rushing around constantly and I was just existing. Now, I live in the moment whilst helping others to do the same. I gained little job satisfaction from my corporate days, yet now I run my own business. I get to serve the people I chose, how I chose to do it, giving them amazing results and there’s no better feeling. I believe that anyone can be successful in business with a little bit of passion, purpose and help along the way.
