What would you love to share to encourage other women to start their own company?
Progress over perfection. Understand that it your idea will take time to get it to where you feel comfortable so take the steps to just start. Build, adapt and be open to change as you go, do not wait. Be brave enough to believe in yourself to take new steps into the uncomfortable daily, this is where you will learn and thrive. Always be open to feedback. Speak up, even if your voice shakes, ensure that you are heard.
