What would you’d love to share to encourage other women to start their own business?
The main thing I’d like to share is some advice – build a strong network. If you surround yourself with like-minded individuals, whether starting a business or developing an existing one, it’s important to realise that you don’t have to tackle everything on your own. This has benefitted us greatly as an agency, especially during the recent pandemic, as we have been able to leverage our personal network, along with being part of networking members club, Adoreum’s SOS sessions, to receive invaluable advice from other business owners during this time, allowing for us to feel supported and adapt as a business to survive this turbulent year

Be decisive in business and go with your gut
Build a strong network of like-minded individuals
Be authentic and compassionate with your staff
Learn and don’t be afraid of change
Always listen, listening is the best skill you can have – listen to all the advice, even if from a different perspective
