Founded by Tracey Curran, a former fashion buyer, Sunday Archives is a black owned, womenswear brand launched in February 2021. Leaving her job at ASOS during this first covid lockdown to follow her dreams of creating her own label, the mother of two, with one on the way, is inspired by vintage styling and heritage pieces. Tracey and Sunday Archives doesn’t follow trends, and instead celebrates women, because she is the main subject.
What would you love to share to encourage other women to start their own business?
Don’t think about it too much or you may never start! Procrastinating is the worst thing you can do, if you have a dream or idea, just do it and give it everything you got until you can’t give anymore. Sometimes things are not always going to go your way – don’t become discouraged and think your idea isn’t working – keep going, keep striving, you got this!
