What would you love to share to encourage other women to start their own business?
The truth is that starting your own business is exhilarating, terrifying and one very steep learning curve. Although too few women dare to start their own businesses, they should know that are good at it, they are instinctive, intelligent and excellent at reading people and situations. What have you got to lose? That was the question that tipped me over the edge into starting my own business. I realised that I might lose a bit of money, maybe my pride would be dented if the business didn’t succeed but mainly, I concluded, I would gain. I would gain knowledge, experience and expertise that would be invaluable to me irrespective of whether the business succeeded or not. Whatever I chose to do next this would stand me in good stead.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, “who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?” Actually, who are you not to be?
