Liina Vettik, an Estonian self-made millionaire, is on a mission to help women and those in need to become entrepreneurs, build their wealth, and success with ease. Rising from poverty, she overcame setbacks—including inheriting and losing a company in her 20s—to create lasting success across industries like logistics, travel, digital sales, marketing, real estate, and self-development. Unlike many coaches, she’s lived the struggle, taken the risks, and achieved financial freedom. With an MBA in Marketing, ICF CCE certification, and real-world experience, Liina is dedicated to empower people to thrive—not just survive—in business. Through one-on-one mentorship, group sessions, workshops, and more, she helps break barriers, scale their businesses, and create a life of true success and fulfillment.
- Can you tell us a little about your background and your company?
My journey has taught me that success isn’t just about climbing the ladder—it’s about building the right one. From growing up in poverty to inheriting a million-kroon company, to struggling and ultimately losing it, to now thriving as an entrepreneurship coach and millionaire—I’ve dedicated my career to helping women create businesses that flourish, without the doubt, guilt, or endless sacrifices that too often come with the hustle.
I grew up in a modest home where even basic necessities like running water and heating were luxuries. Financial hardship wasn’t just an abstract concept—it was my daily reality. But my father’s entrepreneurial fire sparked something in me. He was always working on something, always building, and that left an impression on me.
During my teenage years, my father’s ambition led to a company earning 4 million Estonian Kroon (approximately 255k Euros) in revenue—a life so different from my childhood. But as Tony Robbins says, “Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.” Looking back, my father was passionate about money, but I later realized that chasing money alone is the most destructive way to live. He had financial success, but his relationships suffered, and his life lacked deeper meaning.
At 23, my older brother and I suddenly inherited the family business when my father passed away at just 51. In an industry dominated by men, I subconsciously pushed myself into the background, handling finances and supporting roles while my brother took the lead. I thought, ‘Men are smarter when it comes to business,’ so I didn’t express my ideas or opinions.
The business struggled because much like many small businesses we couldn’t keep up with bigger companies that offered much lower prices compared to ours. My brother looked for more customers and even offering innovations on our services but after three years, we were forced to sell at a loss. It was a devastating setback, one that could have made me give up on entrepreneurship entirely. But instead, it became my greatest turning point.
I remember thinking, ‘This is it? This is what I worked for?’ I felt like I had failed my family and myself. But then I asked, ‘What do I actually want?’ And that changed everything.
When I first set out on my own path, I made the same mistake my father did—I was only after financial freedom. I wasn’t listening to myself or what I truly wanted. I chased financial status and prestige, and that blind ambition took a serious toll on my health. I believe that’s what ultimately led to my father’s early passing.
That’s when I made the decision to listen to my heart and follow my true calling. I wanted a rich life in every possible way—fulfillment, freedom, and happiness. And that’s exactly what I built. Once I started doing what I truly loved, my health improved, my business grew, and for the first time, I felt genuinely happy.
Today, I’m a successful entrepreneur and co-owner of a thriving real estate development company. More importantly, I’m a dedicated business coach, empowering women to break free from self-doubt, scale their businesses, and create lives they love. I believe that women—especially mothers and caregivers—should never have to choose between financial success and personal well-being.
Women carry so much—work, family, personal growth—we’re constantly pulled in different directions. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed. But what I teach my clients is that success doesn’t have to mean exhaustion. It’s about alignment, confidence, and ease. You can build a business without sacrificing yourself.
I had my MBA in marketing and prestigious coaching certifications—including International Coaching Federation (ICF) Continuing Coach Education (CCE), Passion Test, and Business Freedom Experience—I offer practical, transformative strategies for women entrepreneurs looking to build sustainable businesses. My approach isn’t about grinding harder; it’s about working smarter and in alignment with one’s strengths and values.
As a mother of three, I understand the delicate dance between ambition and family life. My coaching philosophy centers on achieving harmony between professional growth and personal fulfillment, proving that women can have both—a thriving business and a rich, meaningful life.
I want women to know they don’t have to choose. You can have both—a successful business and a fulfilling life. It’s about setting boundaries, knowing your worth, and trusting yourself.
For aspiring and established women entrepreneurs alike, my message is crystal clear: You don’t have to break yourself to build something great. With the right strategy, mindset, and support, the possibilities are limitless.
- What inspired you to start your business?
I was wealthy but empty inside and miserable. It affected my health and my relationships strongly.
Another side is my motto, “Live your life so that on your deathbed, you won’t need to regret anything you did not do.” In other words, live your full life and go after what’s inside you—you only live once. For me, the biggest regret is that I didn’t beat the fear and did not go after what I truly wanted for myself.
- How did you create awareness for your brand?
I simply started sharing what I know and speaking my truth. At first, I shared on my own social media network, and it started to grow. I still do it.
I shared my story, how I suffered with health issues while doctors said I was completely well. That actually behind these symptoms there where psychological reasons – I didn’t allow myself to follow my inner calling to do what I wanted to do, because I had goals (becoming financially free and then do what I wanted)… and when realising this, I made the 180 turnaround and how this turn improved my health and other areas in my life.
People related to the story and wanted to find out what their calling was. I knew how to help them find it from within. Because of my diverse background in different industries, I see how to turn that calling into possibilities to make money and how to trust and believe in themselves to follow the path
What strategies helped you secure funding and scale your business?
A: First funding. It all comes down to an idea, the strategy, and knowing your prospects. If you ask money from a third party (investors, banks, etc.), I think of them as my customers. They also have needs, and asking for funding is a sales process —you understand your prospects’ needs and desires and see if this matches something you provide. Then, you need to present your idea in a way that speaks to your prospects.
What helps is your mindset—your attitude towards money and the people who bring you the money. Do you consider yourself to be in lack, and so you have the attitude, “I’ll do whatever it takes, just give me the funding,” or do you consider yourself a hero to the source with a win-win attitude? I’ll provide you with this, and in turn, you will give me funding. In other words, you operate on an abundance mindset.
- What have been your biggest successes so far?
Money wise: Achieving a euro-millionaire in net-worth.
Real Estate development: Executing my vision and finishing a four-house development for families in the Estonian capital Tallinn’s suburbs.
Coaching: Achieving 6-figure revenue only in the small Estonian market (1,3 million people living here).
As a mother: Giving birth to three beautiful girls and providing a calm, loving home where I see them growing, and expressing themself confidently.
In a relationship: 14 years together (5 years marriage) and growing stronger yearly as a couple.
Hobbies: Bought a young horse and challenging myself in horse riding.
- What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
When faced with challenges, I have a deep interest in how others can and I can’t. What do they do differently? These are the thoughts behind it. I rarely focus on what was. I mostly focus on what I want and what is the best way for me to achieve it. I have strong persistence. I always have to get what I truly want, and I never quit before I have it.
One common trait among successful people is the strong inner belief that “I will figure it out, I’ll find the solution, and overcome the experience. This is something that serves me in the long term.” This belief carries me through any challenge.
For example:
The Challenge is to build your business(es) while having babies, how to prioritize your time, delegate, and deal with the quilt in so many levels.
Challenge from the latest real estate development project: You have a contract with a bank that will provide you with the money you need when you need it for the project. You are in progress and asking for the next phase of money to be wired. The bank says, “Sorry, we don’t do transactions within the next two weeks,” but you have bills to be paid for people in the amount of 100K+; otherwise, the whole project will be put on hold. Interests are still running. What do you do?! – You find a solution, whatever it is.
- What are your plans for the future?
Keep growing as a person in different areas of life (mother, wife, entrepreneur, health-wise, horse- riding, etc.).
Help entrepreneurs internationally to build wealthy and fulfilling businesses with ease and a strong sense of purpose.
Build my business(es) into thriving self-managing companies.
Thrive as a serial entrepreneur.
- What advice would you give to aspiring female entrepreneurs?
Just start! Speak up about what you care for and how you can help and acquire your first customers. We are the queens of our lives, so the first thing we should do is create the ideal life vision. What is the daily schedule in that ideal life? How much time with family, how much time for herself, how much time for work/business? We push ourselves too much into how our schedule should be. (and that normally comes from the environment we live in), but we are not empowered to think to ourselves: what schedule would I like to have in my week? What kind of mother do I want to be? What kind of wife or partner do I want to be? What kind of entrepreneur or leader do I want to be?! It is all actually our decision to make, but often we blindly follow (subconsciously on automation) the general understanding of the perfect wife/mother/boss/ etc. However, for ambitious women, these general understandings are frustrating and bring up lots of guilt. Guilt is often the reason we do not take action toward our dreams.
- What are your top three tips for entrepreneurial success?
1. Have a clear vision of what you want and who you want to become!
2. Develop the mindset and confidence of the successful people.
3. Learn to sell and make offers daily!
- Who are five people who inspire you the most, and why?
1. My three girls – they are my inspiration because I want to be an example for them – life is enjoyable to experience.
2. My husband—our deep conversations and his consistency and being there for people inspire me to become a better version of myself. I deserve to be a better version of myself, and my husband deserves a better version of me.
3. Dan Sullivan – I am inspired by the work he is doing with entrepreneurs and how he thinks of self-managing companies.
4. Amanda Frances – I am inspired by her energy, it feels shes doing everything with ease.
5. Richard Brandson – Inspired by the ability to have so many businesses ran by talented people at the same time. He has been my inspiration for leverage and delegation.
