What would you love to share with other women to encourage them to start their own business?
Starting your own company can be so exciting and daunting at the same time. Always remember, follow your passion and don’t be afraid to fail.
What are your top 5 tips for entrepreneurial success?
Get the right people for the role and allow them to get on with the work
Network, network, network!
Always have your plan written down. A vision without a plan is just a dream.
Keep a journal and write down every setback, every learning and review this on a quarterly basis and reflect on how you could have handled this different and ensure that you follow through this for next time.
Take care of your health and mental health. I found regular physical exercise and Headspace helps my mind to reflex and make me feel energetic
