Daniella Genas is a multi-award winning entrepreneur, strategy and innovation expert. Through her business, She’s The Boss International and her role as a Senior Business Advisor with Enterprise Europe Network, Daniella helps SME’s to transform their businesses. She has used her techniques, experience and training to generate significant results among the companies she has worked with. Key metrics include increased turnover and profits, increased staff, the launch of new products/services and increased brand awareness across several businesses, in a diverse range of sectors. Daniella launched her first successful business in 2007 and her second business in 2014. She sold both businesses in 2015.
What would you love to share with other women to encourage them to start their own business?
“If you have an idea for a business, stop letting fear and negative self-talk stop you from pursuing it. Taking no action has only one outcome. If you take the leap of faith and just start, there is always the possibility that you will achieve great success. That option isn’t available if you don’t get started. Do your research and set yourself a deadline for launching. Make sure that every week and every day (if possible) you are taking a small step forward toward that launch date. We will never regret trying but we will regret missed opportunities. Starting your own business will be the best thing you have ever done.”
