Salwa Abdul Hadi, 41, is a Female Social Entrepreneur Coach and a passionate Gender Equality Advocate on a mission to empower driven female entrepreneurs and professional
women to step into their power, rise up and grab their seat at the table of change. Subsequently, Salwa works with emerging and aspiring female social leaders, empowering them to discover and step into their unique power and become Authentic Social leaders of the future, making necessary, bigger impacts of social justice and change. She combines her personal experiences and her corporate skills and lessons, to lead, coach and mentor future female role models.

What would you love to share to encourage other women to start their own business?

We all have the potential within us to achieve what we want. I was always told I was too quiet and gentle to be a leader, but If I can come from not being able to look anyone in the eye and very low self-esteem to a successful corporate career in leadership and now my own business then you can too! Anything is possible. We all have unique gifts within us, sometimes we just need to reach out for support and tap into our strengths and flourish. There is so much help and support out there waiting for you to tap into. Celebrate your uniqueness and believe in yourself!

What are your top tips 5 tips for entrepreneurial success?

Build a solid Foundation, get clear on your values, mission, and vision.
Build a network of support around yourself. Do not be afraid to reach out, there are so many people to willing to help.
Set up a routine for work, treat it like a job. Organise your time and stick to it.
Hire a coach, back yourself.
Remember to consistently carve out time every week to re-energise, whichever way that works for you, this is Crucial for long term success.
