What would you love to share with other women to encourage them to start their own business?

No-one else will ever quite get your dream or vision the way you do, if you believe then that’s enough. If you try to make everyone else believe before you make your move you will still be standing in the same space years later. Turn your dream into a vision and start the planning to bring it to life, ask people for help on the way, but choose wisely – those that can truly help you and not just because you are looking for more validation. You don’t need to have the 100% plan to get started, just a large proportion of it,. It will undoubtedly change on the way so be prepared to embrace new learnings on your journey that ultimately impact and change your plan for the better.

What are your top 5 tips for entrepreneurial success?

Ask for help– it will come from the least obvious of places.

Don’t ever dismiss a gut feeling – you’ll regret it if you do. – But don’t act on it in isolation either.

Leadership is prevalent at every level, and understanding who your influencers are in your business will help you.

You need different types of people and different stages of your journey, embrace change and continue to look forward.

Empathy and integrity will always be your biggest strengths, play to them, and hold those around you accountable for these too.
